PDI Trusted Data Academy · Cleared Consulting Careers

Learn the work in twelve days — then do it for real.

Pacific Data Integrators is building a four-person consulting team from people leaving military service and Defense civilian roles. We teach you the stack, the method, and the escalation discipline. You do not need to arrive as an engineer.

Read this first

These roles are contingent on an award that has not happened.

Most recruiting pages bury that in an FAQ. We are putting it in the second screen because you may be working against a separation date, and a job that might not exist is a poor thing to plan around.

Stated plainly

The work supporting these four positions has not been awarded and is not funded. If the award does not come, the roles do not open.

Treat this as one option among several. We will tell you the award status honestly at every stage, including when the honest answer is that we still do not know.

The work

A structured method, not a blank page.

i

Ask the approved questions

You run structured customer interviews from approved question sets and answer picklists. You are not improvising requirements — you are conducting a disciplined conversation and recording exactly what was selected.

ii

Map to what is already built

Customer selections map to pretested, field-configurable components. You follow the milestone guide for that component, deploy it, and collect the evidence that it was done correctly.

iii

Escalate the rest

Anything outside the approved options — an exception, an ambiguity, anything security-sensitive — goes to a technical lead. Escalating is the method working, not the consultant failing.

The estate is Informatica for profiling, cleansing, identity resolution, and mastering; Salesforce as the mission workflow layer; MuleSoft for integration; and Tableau and other approved consumers reading governed, trusted records at the end. Informatica deployments in scope are on-premise.

You do not need to begin as a product engineer. Pacific Data Integrators trains you to speak the approved stack vocabulary, conduct structured customer interviews, select from validated configuration options, follow milestone guides, collect evidence, and escalate exceptions to technical specialists. Linux familiarity and command-line deployment are expected, and training for both is provided.

Secret
  • EmployerPacific Data Integrators. Work location anywhere in the United States.
  • ContractContingent on award. Not funded. No customer or contract is named publicly.
  • SkillBridgePDI is not an authorized provider. For active-duty applicants this is a conventional hiring process timed to your separation.

Clearance

No employer can give you a clearance. Including this one.

Eligibility is a determination the government makes and holds. Access is separate — permission to see specific information, for a specific job, on a specific contract. When you separate, your access is administratively terminated; your eligibility remains on record and carries no fixed term in years.

This is why we will not tell you to "bring your clearance with you." You do not carry anything. A record exists, and an employer with the standing to do so may ask the government to act on it.

  • TodayPacific Data Integrators does not hold a facility clearance. A company cannot apply for one on its own behalf — sponsorship comes from the government contracting activity or a cleared prime contractor.
  • Which meansPDI has no Facility Security Officer able to verify eligibility or request sponsorship. Nobody here can check your record.
  • The 24 monthsReactivation is generally available within 24 months of separation where the favorable adjudication closed within the previous five years. Past that, Defense reciprocity stops applying.
  • What we askA category only — level and approximate last-active date. Never case numbers, adjudication history, polygraph details, program names, or your SSN.

On urgency

The 24-month rule is real and you should know it exists. It is not a reason to accept a contingent role quickly. If any recruiter uses that clock to compress your decision, treat it as a reason for more caution, not less.

Why Pacific Data Integrators

Fifteen years inside the systems this work lives in.

The Academy comes from a firm with 15+ years and 100+ implementations across Informatica, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks — for banks, insurers, healthcare, government, and retail. It exists for the same reason the rest of the portfolio does: trusted data is not a report you produce for an audit, but a property you can prove at any moment. The consultants we are hiring are the people who will prove it in the field.

Do not submit classified information, controlled government information, customer-sensitive information, credentials, investigation details, or proprietary work products to Pacific Data Integrators through this or any other channel.

Pacific Data Integrators is a private company. Nothing on this page implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval by the Department of Defense, any military department, or any government agency. This page describes publicly available government policy; it is not legal advice, not a security determination, and not a substitute for guidance from authorized security personnel. PDI does not grant, guarantee, transfer, reactivate, or adjudicate clearances. Anything a candidate reports about clearance history remains self-reported until verified by authorized security personnel. Employment, customer acceptance, reciprocity, and classified access are not guaranteed. Pacific Data Integrators is an equal opportunity employer; accommodations are available on request.
