Finance systems modernization

QuickBooks to NetSuite migration, built for controlled transformation and reconciliation.

Coding and testing are in progress. The accelerator is being designed to profile source data, map financial structures, transform records, validate loads, and reconcile outcomes before cutover.

Planned scope

A migration workflow, not a generic file export.

The planned release focuses on traceability from QuickBooks source structures to NetSuite target records, with controlled rules and validation evidence throughout the process.

Source profiling

Assess customers, vendors, items, accounts, transactions, and reference data before mapping begins.

Mapping and transformation

Define target structures, value conversions, chart-of-accounts alignment, and controlled transformation rules.

Validation and reconciliation

Compare counts, balances, exceptions, and load results so business and finance teams can verify the migration.

Release status: this product is not yet generally available. Coding and testing are in progress, and final scope, supported objects, deployment model, and commercial terms remain subject to validation.

Planned delivery path

From assessment to controlled cutover.

  1. ProfileUnderstand source volume, quality, dependencies, and exceptions.
  2. MapAlign QuickBooks structures with NetSuite objects and business rules.
  3. TestRun repeatable migrations and resolve validation exceptions.
  4. ReconcileVerify financial and operational outcomes before cutover.
