It listens to Maximo Work Order create/update events, uses CAI orchestration to call Bentley ALIM REST APIs for related asset document discovery, and automatically links curated document metadata back to the Work Order in Maximo.
The solution includes standardized traceability/auditability/evidence logging (to a customer-approved audit store; Snowflake optional) and repeatable DEV/TEST/PROD deployment runbooks for consistent promotion.
