PDI’s Packaged Library, powered by Informatica IDMC CAI, triggers on SAP maintenance events (notification/work order create/update), queries HxGN SDx for relevant asset and engineering content based on equipment/functional location/tag relationships and document attributes, and links curated results back into SAP. The solution includes standardized traceability/auditability/evidence logging (audit store customer-approved; Snowflake optional) plus repeatable deployment runbooks to promote consistently across environments.
